The Neighborhood Resident Leadership Certificate Program is offered by DMACC. Training is designed to provide residents with the skills, tools, and confidence to effectively network with each other, communicate with government, and become involved in neighborhood and community organizations.

You can take one or two courses or earn a Neighborhood Resident Leadership Certificate by completing all six core leadership courses, plus electives. Core leadership topics include effective communication, conflict management, and team building.
