Hope all is well. On June 25th, DesMoinesHelpWanted.comis hosting a Career Fair at the Iowa Events Center. Hydo-Klen, Marsh, New York Life, Per Mar Security Services, Sammons Financial Group and Woodward Academy are currently registered employers, but we’re expecting 30 employers at the event and average over 600 job seekers at each event.

Community School Resource Fairs

The Community School team will be hosting Resource Fairs in the months of July, September, November, March, and May. All community organizations are welcome to participate but registration is required. Dates and locations of the September, November, March, and May fairs are yet to be determined.

The July Community School Resource Fair will be hosted by the East High feeder pattern:

Tuesday, July 30th

East High School, 815 East 13th Street, Des Moines, IA 50316

Community Center Gym

Open to the public: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Community organizations may set-up from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM – tables will be provided for up to 100 organizations (2 organizations per table).
